During this initial appointment you will complete some paperwork, I will conduct an informal assessment to determine your concerns and identify your needs, and we will collaboratively set some goals for therapy.
Regular sessions are 60 minutes in length. The format and content of sessions vary according to client need(s).
Maintaining a relationship can be challenging. Using an emotion-focused approach, couples sessions can strengthen intimate relationships by assisting partners with improving their communication, thus helping them to better meet one another's needs.
Spend 5-10 minutes learning about a variety of mindfulness and relaxation strategies and the remainder of the session practicing implementation, for a serene and stress-reducing experience.
